AlertWatch improves the safety of labor and delivery care with AlertWatch:OB, our integrated maternal monitoring and alerting solution built especially for the perinatal workflow. The software integrates & displays over 200 pieces of real-time data on a dashboard view of each patient, and provides alerts & notifications focused on driving collaboration, early intervention, and compliance with best practices.

In addition to real-time maternal monitoring and alerting, AlertWatch:OB also automatically calculates ACOG’s postpartum hemorrhage risks once a minute. Once that PPH risk is noted, AlertWatch:OB electronically checks for both blood availability in the blood bank, and the patients’ IV size. This critical functionality enables perinatal clinicians to focus on identifying and responding to emerging risks before they cause patient harm.
